When I started the business, my dream was to create an abundant life, make freedom money, and live my life on my own terms. I wanted to have a big impact with my message. I wanted to give my family the opportunity to not worry about money and just live a great life.
I would work until 2 to 3 am, wake up at 6 am, and go to work. I sacrificed precious family time and constant fatigue and exhaustion became the norm for me. To be honest, I wanted to quit. But, I had invested so much in the business, time and money that I could not get back. I felt stuck and I was getting even more tired every day. I decided to work with a psychologist to understand what was happening. According to the statistics, 58% of the working population suffers from burnout; burnout is endemic.
Developing my inner abundance started with honoring who I am truly. I used to handle my life and business from a place of “must”. I learned about my money personality and work on my business based on my money personality. This allowed me to set up my business, so it doesn’t run me, but empowers me to live my life on my own terms.
I accepted that as the #1 asset in my business, I needed to put myself at the center of it all. I meditate daily and practice mindfulness to be present and follow through with my inner voice promptings.
Now, my freedom money is increasing every month and I am thriving without burnout.
